Who frames the art?

Your art print will be framed by our in house team of master framers using gallery quality materials. Our framers have a wealth of experience and are true artisans who take great pride in their work. 

How do I place an order?

Simply browse on our catalogue and choose the art print you want, select the size and frame you want it. You can choose to purchase the print either wooden framed, canvas or aluminum frame. Once you have selected the desired size and framing option push the ‘Add To Cart’ button to add the item to your shopping cart and then click the button to complete your order.

I have placed my order, what happened now?

You will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order.

How will my order be sent?

Our courier will deliver your order to your door within 5-6 working days. You will then receive a second email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments.

How do I pay?

When you are ready to pay for your order click on the Checkout button on the Cart page and you will be taken through to our secure checkout. You need to provide your contact information as well as your complete shipping address. You will be asked to choose your payment method thru credit cards or cash on delivery.

How secure is my credit card information?

At Art Store World, your personal online security is very important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your information through our systems.

How can I return the items?

To return an item please contact us with your order number and we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that we are not liable for art that goes missing or is damaged in the process of being returned to us. Accordingly we recommend that you use a delivery service that offers tracking. We also recommend using the original packaging to safely package the print to minimise the risk of damage.

For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and we will arrange to replace the damaged print at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be made. You can expect a replacement, exchange or refund, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
